The carbon composite springs come in three compression rates: Soft, Regular, and Stiff, allowing you to choose the best fit for your weight and typical activities. As a rule of thumb: the heavier you are, and the faster you go, the stiffer your spring rate should be. But ultimately, it’s about your personal preference for ride comfort.
